Casey is a member of the Real Estate Practice Team. He has a national real estate practice with a concentration on acquisitions and dispositions and leasing of multi-tenant retail, office and industrial properties. In addition, Casey represents lenders, investors, operators, developers and borrowers in all aspects of real estate financing including construction loans and structuring joint ventures.

Represented a real estate developer in connection with the acquisition, development, joint venture and construction financing of multiple licensed senior living facilities located or to be located in Southeast Michigan.
Represented an ambulatory surgery center together with its hospital partner as the tenant in the negotiation of a long term lease agreement with a national health care REIT as landlord with respect to property located in Northern Michigan.
Represented an international real estate investment fund in connection with over $100 million in acquisitions and dispositions in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Minnesota, Indiana and Georgia.
Represented a national REIT in connection with a design build acquisition of an industrial facility located in Houston, Texas, which included a reverse 1031 Exchange and the acquisition of the limited partnership interest of the seller.
Represented a real estate developer located in Illinois in connection with the land acquisition, development agreement, construction financing, negotiation of a build to suit lease and eventual disposition of a warehouse facility located near Louisville, Kentucky.
Represented a national lending institution on construction, land development and acquisition loans totaling over $150 million on retail properties located in Florida, Michigan, Washington, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
