Zoom Webinar

Event Details

Congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) in January 2021 to provide law enforcement agencies with further tools to combat financial crime and fraud. The CTA requires certain legal entities or “reporting companies” to report specific information about themselves, certain individual owners and managers, and certain individuals involved in their formation to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Condominium and homeowner associations, as well as the management firms that assist such associations, are considered “reporting companies” under the CTA, and may need to comply with CTA reporting requirements.

Join Varnum for a free webinar to learn how your condominium or homeowner association can prepare for the CTA.
