Litigation Paralegal

Vimi serves as a paralegal on the Litigation Practice and Data Privacy Teams. She attended Douglas College in New Westminster, British Columbia where she received her Legal Assistant Certification. Vimi was recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as an Unsung Legal Hero in 2018.

She focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, multidistrict litigations, insurance coverage disputes and no-fault insurance issues. She has experience negotiating healthcare liens, as well as working on PFAS, personal injury and construction cases. Vimi is particularly skilled in using technology to manage cases throughout the litigation process.

In addition to her litigation work, Vimi supports data privacy compliance efforts, including reporting to federal and state agencies on regulatory compliance matters.
