Litigation Attorney
Susana is an associate on the firm’s Litigation Practice Team in the Naples office. She represents clients in complex litigation matters, including construction disputes, contract claims, Condo and HOA disputes, insurance coverage issues, and other business-related conflicts.
Prior to joining Varnum, Susana gained experience supporting complex litigation and insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders. She also previously worked as a law clerk, gaining experience in legal research, drafting, and case strategy.
Susana graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was the recipient of the Governor’s Scholarship. During law school, she served as president of the Tax Moot Court, was a teaching assistant for Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and the Law, and served as secretary for the Law Association for Women. She was also active in the Latino Law Student Association and earned a spot on the Dean’s List for five consecutive semesters.
