Lauren M. Parker

Lauren is a member of Varnum’s Business and Corporate Team, where her focus is in business and transactional work with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and other commercial transactions. Lauren has experience advising clients on the legal aspects of day-to-day business issues and a wide variety of other matters, with particular expertise in securities law matters and corporate governance issues. Her client experience ranges from early stage startups to mature, publicly-held businesses of all sizes.
