Litigation Attorney
Jordan Weeks is an attorney on Varnum’s Litigation and ADR Practice Team. He represents clients in commercial and construction disputes, with experience handling cases involving breach of contract, mechanic’s liens, business ownership issues, and other complex claims.
His litigation work includes discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitration, and trial. Jordan has prepared and examined witnesses, argued pretrial motions, drafted summary judgment briefing, and first-chaired trials. His prior experience also includes transportation, maritime, property damage, and internet defamation disputes.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Journal of Law, Technology, & the Internet and competed in mock trial. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University.
Jordan is admitted in Ohio. His admission to the State Bar of Michigan is currently pending.
