His perspective is sharpened by firsthand experience in the industries he serves. Before joining Varnum, Jeff served as associate general counsel for a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, where he led data privacy strategy for the development and production of the world’s first fully electric truck. Prior to that, he served as autonomous vehicle counsel for a major global automaker and advised the automaker on worldwide data privacy and cybersecurity matters. He also clerked for U.S. District Judge Paul D. Borman.
