Corporate Attorney
Isaac is an attorney and member of the Corporate Practice Team at Varnum. He advises startups, emerging companies, investors, and established businesses on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
Isaac’s practice includes a range of corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, commercial transactions, securities matters, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) agreements and related commercial arrangements. He helps clients at various stages of growth navigate complex legal and business challenges with practical, business-minded guidance.
In support of this work, Isaac researches and advises on complex legal questions, drafts and negotiates transaction and entity governing documents, and supports clients through all phases of corporate and transactional matters. He approaches each matter with a focus on clear analysis, strategic thinking, and recommendations that help clients evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and make informed business decisions.
