Litigation Attorney
Holly is a partner on the firm’s Litigation Practice Team. She represents clients in litigation matters, including commercial and construction disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage issues, and other business-related conflicts. She also advises on high-net-worth family law matters involving asset division and related financial issues for clients with significant personal and business interests.
Holly has experience handling matters in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings across the United States. Her practice spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and negotiations through trial and appeals.
She served as a partner at a national law firm focused on insurance coverage, where she represented corporate policyholders in complex claims. Earlier in her career, she gained courtroom experience as a prosecutor, handling jury trials, bench trials, and motion practice.
Holly is engaged in the Southwest Florida community and maintains strong ties to the Naples area through her professional and alumni involvement.
