Varnum Facilitates Strategic Acquisition: Armstrong International, Inc. Expands Portfolio with Stake in Ivan Ware & Son, LLC
Armstrong International, Inc., a southwest Michigan-based thermal utility services company, recently announced its acquisition of a majority equity stake in Ivan Ware & Son, LLC, a provider of commercial and industrial boilers, hot water systems, burners, valves, chillers and other supporting equipment, based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Varnum represented Armstrong International, Inc., in all aspects of the transaction, including negotiating the membership interest purchase agreement and all other legal documents.
