Varnum has engaged SingleFile, a full-service filing and compliance platform, to assist clients with federal filings required under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
Through Varnum’s partnership with SingleFile, clients have access to a streamlined portal to confidently report Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) required by the CTA. The platform provides safe and secure processing and hosting of confidential information and avoids scams and frauds by using a customized interface with secure login credentials.
SingleFile is a full-service business entity filing and compliance platform using cloud-based technology to support a wide range of state and federal filings, including those required by the CTA whose BOI reporting requirements took effect on January 1, 2024.
SingleFile information systems and technical infrastructure are hosted within world-class, SOC 2 accredited data centers. SingleFile encrypts data at rest and in transit. Secure TLS cryptographic protocols are used for communication from customers to the system and via network connections between systems.
