Renowned Immigration Attorney Michael E. “Mike” Wooley Joins Varnum as Partner

With more than 25 years of experience, Wooley has been a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and general counsel, providing strategic guidance on long-term immigration plans and immediate solutions for companies both in the United States and internationally. His arrival augments the firm’s robust immigration practice team, further solidifying Varnum’s ability to guide businesses and their executives through the complex immigration process.

Wooley received his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University. He previously served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador; he is fluent in Spanish.
