Firm achieves 41 Tier 1 rankings across disputes, transactions, and regulatory practices
Varnum received 67 metropolitan rankings spanning practice areas and markets in the latest edition of Best Law Firms® published by Best Lawyers®. The 2026 report was released on November 6.
“Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous assessment process that includes evaluations by clients and lawyers, peer reviews from leading attorneys in their field, and information provided by law firms as part of a formal submission process.
Participants assessed firms on their responsiveness, understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, cost-effectiveness, integrity, civility, and whether they would refer matters to the firm or view them as a worthy competitor.
Varnum’s practices received rankings across all six office locations, reflecting the ability to consistently deliver high-quality services throughout the Michigan and Florida regions.
