Margaret is a member of Varnum’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Teams.
Margaret’s corporate practice includes advising clients on general corporate governance issues, entity formation, nondisclosure agreements, and various contract matters across a range of industries. She also has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with experience representing both buyers and sellers in M&A and other commercial transactions.
In her real estate practice, Margaret assists clients with the acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial properties. She also represents both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases for retail, office, and industrial spaces. Additionally, she collaborates with Varnum’s Construction Law Team, reviewing construction contract documents and providing counsel on contractual matters.
