All newly elected condominium and homeowner association directors are required to take a certification class within 90 days of being elected or provide a detailed written certification. January through May, Varnum real estate attorneys Steve Adamczyk, Chris Miller and Kyla Thomson will host eight opportunities, both in person and virtually, to earn your certification.
