Experience
Pete is an attorney in the Regulatory Group, with a focus on real estate, finance and municipal matters. His practice is transaction-oriented, working with businesses, institutions, developers, and investors in real estate purchases, sales, leasing, financing and development projects, including shopping centers and other commercial developments. Pete also represents lenders in documenting, negotiating and closing commercial loan transactions. Pete currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Land Conservancy of West Michigan.
