Stacey focuses her practice on real estate matters and represents business owners with commercial real estate holdings, residential real estate developers, residential and commercial property buyers and sellers, builders, condominium associations and landlords and tenants. Stacey’s practice includes consulting and negotiation on a variety of real estate-related documents for both residential and commercial real estate matters, including leases, buy and sell agreements, financing documents, easements, construction contracts and addressing boundary disputes.
