Dick has provided tax and financial services to a wide range of corporations over the past 30 years, including advice on international transactions for large publicly traded companies and comprehensive succession planning consultation for closely held entrepreneurial companies. He is currently providing board level advisory services to many companies in the Grand Rapids area.
Prior to joining Varnum, Dick was the partner in charge of the western Michigan tax department of Ernst & Young.
