Real Estate and Corporate Attorney
Kevin focuses his practice on real estate land acquisition, development, finance and leasing, as well as corporate formation, governance and disposition. He represents a wide array of clients, ranging from publicly traded companies to startup entrepreneurs.
During a leave of absence from his private practice, Kevin served as the president of a successful custom home builder in Southeast Michigan. This practical experience, together with more than 40 years of legal experience, enables him to offer exceptional value to his clients through a focused, problem-solving approach to the complex issues of real estate and corporate transactions.
