Justin is a member of the Real Estate Practice Team, focusing on real estate and corporate matters. He is experienced in the sale and financing of commercial real estate, corporate transactions and contract negotiations. His practice includes condo/HOA matters such as construction disputes, as well as commercial, business and creditors rights matters.
An experienced litigator, Justin frequently handles real estate disputes on behalf of property owners, developers, condominium owner and homeowner associations. He also assists COAs and HOAs on rule and regulation enforcement as well as compliance and other legal matters.
