Justin Kirk Accepted into Associate Leadership Collier Program

Varnum attorney Justin Kirk has been accepted into the prestigious Greater Naples Chamber Leadership Collier Foundation’s Associate Leadership Collier program, a cohort of 42 professionals who were selected from a pool of hundreds of candidates.

Associate Leadership Collier is a program designed for emerging leaders and professionals aged 21-40 in Collier County, Florida. Through exclusive experiences, participants expand their skill set by exploring local government, education, economic development, the arts and more. With the benefit of new perspectives and connections, participants are prepared to take their place as the next generation of community leaders.

Kirk is a member of the Real Estate Practice Team in the Naples office and focuses on real estate and corporate matters. He is experienced in the sale and financing of commercial real estate, corporate transactions and contract negotiations. His practice includes condo/HOA matters such as construction disputes, as well as commercial, business and creditors rights matters.

An experienced litigator, Kirk frequently handles real estate disputes on behalf of property owners, developers, condominium owner and homeowner associations. He also assists COAs and HOAs on rule and regulation enforcement as well as compliance and other legal matters. Kirk serves on the Pelican Bay Men’s Coffee board and is part of the Young Professionals of Naples. He earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
