Jaye Quadrozzi

Jaye is an accomplished trial lawyer with years of experience trying multimillion-dollar cases in federal and state courts across the country. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation in all areas of business disputes with a particular emphasis in intellectual property, including patent, trade secret, and copyright infringement. Jaye’s cases are frequently ground-breaking and precedent making including representing Oakland County in the City of Detroit bankruptcy, the largest municipal bankruptcy filing in the United States.

Jaye is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and member of the Michigan, Illinois, and California state bars as well as numerous federal district and appellate courts. Jaye serves on the boards of the Great Lakes Water Authority and the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority.
