Real Estate Attorney

Dominick serves as counsel at Varnum, advising condominium and homeowners associations on governance, statutory compliance, and day-to-day operations. He works closely with association boards to interpret and enforce governing documents, address covenant violations, and navigate requirements under Florida law.

His practice includes drafting and revising association governing documents, including amendments and restatements, and advising boards on community restrictions and leasing limitations. He also represents associations in assessment collection and foreclosure matters, handling lien recording, litigation, and payment negotiations.

Beyond his community association practice, Dominick has experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and the review of real estate sales contracts. His work includes reviewing loan documentation, drafting leases, handling eviction proceedings, and preparing legal opinions related to real estate closings.
