Yvonne focuses her practice on employment and family-based immigration and general labor and employment matters. She assists clients with employment and family-based permanent residence petitions, including the labor certification process, visas for extraordinary ability, and multinational managers and executives petitions. Additionally, she focuses on visa processing, waivers, DACA, and citizenship matters. Yvonne has experience working with various state and federal statutes that govern the employment relationship (i.e., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964). She formerly served as a clerk for Judge George J. Quist in the Kent County Circuit Courthouse, where she gained experience in researching and drafting opinions and orders in both civil and criminal matters.
