Business and Health Care Attorney

Yvonne is a member of the Corporate Practice Team. Yvonne focuses her practice primarily on employment and family-based immigration. She assists clients with nonimmigrant petitions and employment and family-based permanent residence petitions, including the labor certification process, visas for extraordinary ability, and multinational manager and executive petitions. She focuses on foreign visa issues, visa processing, waivers, DACA and citizenship matters. Additionally, she is experienced in general corporate matters, including business formation and contract review and negotiations.

Yvonne is also a member of the Health Care Practice Team. Yvonne works with physicians, physician groups, hospitals and health care entities on mergers and acquisitions, compliance, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and other regulatory issues. She also works with physicians and health care entities on contracts, service agreements and licensing.
