Jon is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Team. His practice is transaction-oriented, assisting clients in real estate purchases, sales, exchanges, leasing, financing and development matters. He represents businesses, institutions, developers and investors in their real estate needs.

Represented Detroit Public Schools on a sale to Crown Castle of approximately 24 cell tower leases and future leasing rights, involving development of a Request for Proposals and bidder's list and negotiation of a Master Prepaid Easement to convey the leases and future lease rights via multiple closings.

Representation of developers of office buildings, medical office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, business condominiums, and other commercial facilities.

Representation of investors in acquisition, disposition and financing of investment properties (apartment complexes, office buildings, retail facilities).

Representation of residential developers, including traditional condominiums and site condominiums.

Representation of businesses in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and financing of corporate, commercial and industrial real estate.

Representation of institutions in real estate transactions.

Counsel and advise clients with regard to land use issues, environmental issues, construction issues, corporate issues, tax issues and estate planning issues in relation to real estate matters.
