Varnum LLP represented Angstrom Group, Inc. in its acquisition of KSR International, expanding its capabilities in braking systems.
Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, Angstrom Group is a global Tier 1 supplier of precision metal and plastic components, assemblies, and systems to automotive and industrial original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The acquisition of KSR International boosts Angstrom’s role in the automotive supply chain by broadening its driver interface products, improving integration of design and manufacturing, speeding innovation in pedal systems, and strengthening ties with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
