Adam Electronics, a minority-certified electronic manufacturing and technology solutions provider headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan recently acquired MADE Electronics, a specialty electronics engineering and manufacturing company based in Auburn Hills.
A Varnum deal team comprised of partners Michael Romaya and Mallory Field represented Adam Electronics in all aspects of the transaction.
Under the agreement, MADE Electronics will be rebranded as “MADE Electronics, an Adam Electronics Company.” This strategic acquisition complements Adam Electronics’ existing portfolio, which includes Sigma International, an automotive trim specialist in Plymouth Township.
