Varnum real estate attorney Steve Adamczyk has been named to the Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 for 2022.
The publication annually recognizes young professionals in Southwest Florida who have the drive to succeed, the passion to pursue their dreams, and the caring and commitment to improve the quality of life for all through philanthropic and volunteer work. Honorees were recognized and profiled in the magazine’s September issue.
Adamczyk’s background has exposed him to a unique variety of legal representations that set him apart as a leader in his practice, focusing on representing real estate, community association and estate planning clients. He works with condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida and frequently provides certification classes for newly-elected condo and HOA directors, as well as legal updates on a variety of topics including association governance, contracts, fraud prevention and hurricane preparedness.
Within the community, Adamczyk has served on the board of the Florida Southern Gulf Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross since 2015, including a term as board chair. In the wake and aftermath of Hurricane Irma, Adamczyk supported local elected officials and long-term recovery efforts.
Adamczyk, whose legal experience includes estate and trust planning services, also served as an estate planning volunteer for the American Heart Association in 2012, earning national recognition as Charitable Estate Planning Advisor of the Year for his contributions.
Adamczyk earned his law degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served on the Florida Journal of International Law. He additionally holds an MBA from University of Florida Warrington College of Business. He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Florida, graduating magna cum laude.
