Varnum LLP represented Peterson Brands, LLC in its acquisition of Country Pure Foods, a leading U.S. producer of juices, plant-based beverages, and frozen novelties. The acquisition strengthens Peterson Brands’ position in key beverage categories and enhances its ability to serve retail and foodservice customers nationwide.
Peterson Brands, part of the Peterson Farms Family of Companies headquartered in Shelby, Michigan, provides high-quality fruit and vegetable beverages to markets across the country.
Varnum’s deal team advised Peterson Brands on all aspects of the transaction, including strategic planning, negotiation, and closing.
