Leading Condominium and Homeowners Association Attorney Rounds Out Varnum’s Real Estate Practice
Varnum is pleased to announce that Steve Adamczyk has joined the firm’s real estate team. He is based in the Naples, Florida office.
Adamczyk represents condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida and provides counsel in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, insurance, risk management and contract negotiation matters. Adamczyk also provides estate and trust planning services.
Adamczyk joins Varnum from a regional firm where he was a shareholder and managed the firm’s Community Association Practice Group. A lifelong Naples resident, he is an active community member and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Florida Gulf Coast to Heartland Chapter.
Adamczyk graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the Florida Journal of International Law. He holds an MBA from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, graduating magna cum laude.
