Maureen Rouse-Ayoub Named BTI Client Service All-Star

February 10, 2022

Varnum labor and employment attorney Maureen Rouse-Ayoub has once again been named to the BTI Client Service All-Stars for the third year in a row.

Rouse-Ayoub, who leads Varnum’s Labor and Employment Practice Team, represents clients in all areas of labor and employment, advising on labor management relations issues including defense of workplace claims, union election proceedings, collective bargaining and contract enforcement. In addition, she regularly writes and speaks on a variety of labor and employment matters and is a frequent presenter for Michigan Chamber of Commerce programs.

BTI compiles the annual report based solely on unprompted feedback from clients at large and Fortune 1000 organizations. Being recognized in the report conveys a commitment to superior client service. Rouse-Ayoub is the only labor and employment attorney from Michigan to be recognized in the 2022 report, and one of just 48 from around the entire country.

According to BTI, attorneys named in the report “impress corporate counsel with their keen understanding of business impacts and unwavering commitment to client objectives — an astounding feat when also assessing a global pandemic alongside growing client expectations of law firms.”
