April 12, 2019

Varnum attorney Aaron Phelps is featured in a new documentary about PFAS water contamination in northern Kent County. Phelps is representing many of the individuals and families in lawsuits related to massive groundwater contamination that came to light in 2017.

The documentary, “The Forever Chemical,” provides an overview of Wolverine Worldwide’s use and disposal of PFAS chemicals, which have contaminated groundwater in several northern Kent County communities.

The documentary was produced by the DPTV’s Great Lakes Now initiative, in partnership with MLive Media Group. It aired on DPTV on March 28 and is available for viewing on YouTube.
