Centrally located between the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse and Campus Martius Park, Varnum’s downtown Detroit office opened in 2015 in the former Federal Reserve Building at 160 W. Fort Street. Located on the fifth floor, our offices were designed by Rossetti and feature one of Detroit’s rare outdoor decks overlooking the city. Eric Nemeth serves as managing partner for the office.
Parking for the Federal Reserve Building is in the attached Financial District Garage on the corner of Shelby and W. Lafayette. Enter the Financial District Garage from the W. Lafayette entrance only.
Once in the parking structure, proceed to the first floor of the Federal Reserve Building (both stairs and elevators are available in the parking structure). Go to the main floor security station for access to the fifth floor.

Varnum was the proud presenting sponsor of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra French Festival, 2018. Pictured are Varnum attorney and DSO board member Eric M. Nemeth and his wife, Paula. The opening performance was Daphnis and Chloe, featuring pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet. Thanks to all who support the DSO, the most accessible orchestra on the planet! #DSOLive #FrenchFest
