Law Students
Even the most junior associates are given meaningful work early in their careers. We want our associates to make partner and provide them with the tools and guidance to get there, including mentors, professional development opportunities, regular evaluations and other resources.
Judicial Law Clerks
Through the course of their clerkships, judicial clerks gain a wealth of experience and information working with judges and observing judicial proceedings. Many of our attorneys are former clerks.

Attaining partnership is commemorated with a custom blazer, worn to the annual Black Blazer Dinner and other special occasions.

Donut Monday
The firm provides donuts, bagels, fruit and other breakfast items to attorneys and staff in each office every Monday.

Staff and attorneys celebrate the holiday season together, alternating annually between a firm-only event during the workday and a plus-one after-hours event.
