Varnum LLP advised Kremin Inc. in its sale to Threadlock Precision, a growing network of precision manufacturing companies.
Kremin is a precision CNC manufacturing company based in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Since its founding in 1983, the company has expanded from building fixture and gage assemblies into a modern operation specializing in advanced prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly. Today, Kremin operates a sophisticated Swiss machining segment alongside robust milling and turning departments, supported by continuous investment in next-generation equipment.
Varnum advised Kremin on all aspects of the deal. Partner Pete Roth and Gabriel Edelson led the deal team, which included Conor Boland, Maria Gedris, Charles Russman, Matt Eugster, and John Sturgis.
“Varnum was a trusted partner throughout the transaction,” said Mike Grossi, President of Kremin. “The team was responsive, strategic, and steady during the process and helped position Kremin for a successful future with Threadlock Precision.”
