Rebecca D. Krasity

Litigation Attorney

Rebecca contributes to the firm’s litigation practice through legal research and drafting memoranda and client advisories. She also supports additional practice teams as needed, including Varnum’s Privacy & Mobility team.

Prior to joining Varnum, Rebecca served as an intern for the Honorable Linda V. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. During law school, she served as Managing Editor for University of Wisconsin Law Review and participated in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she worked directly with a variety of nascent entrepreneurs and early-stage companies.
