Varnum is pleased to announce Jeffrey Zauberman has joined Varnum’s Banking and Finance Practice Team. He is based in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Zauberman is a senior transactional attorney representing borrowers and lenders in acquisition financing, construction lending, bridge lending and refinancing matters. In addition, he advises clients on multifamily projects, hotels, shopping centers and self-storage facilities in Michigan and other states. Zauberman also has significant experience in real estate development and secured lending.
Zauberman received his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada.
