Business Litigation Experience
Bryan is a partner in Varnum’s trial group specializing in federal court and bankruptcy court litigation, both in Michigan and across the country. He also assists businesses in resolving disputes involving sales agreements, noncompete agreements, trade secrets, and other contractual disputes. Bryan also represents clients on property tax appeals before the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
