Sam is a member of the Real Estate Practice Team with extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate and corporate matters. His practice includes acquisitions, sales, like-kind exchanges, and related financing for commercial properties, as well as shopping center, industrial, and office leasing. Sam also handles the negotiation of asset and stock purchase transactions, business licensing, and corporate governance, counseling a diverse range of clients from individual investors to large corporations.
