Monica is an experienced human resources professional who leads the firm’s HR and recruiting operations and strategy. She oversees attorney and staff recruitment, development, engagement, and planning, drawing on more than 25 years of leadership experience across federal and private-sector organizations.
Her background includes serving as an Administrative Officer with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and holding senior human resources leadership roles with the U.S. Army and manufacturing sector. Monica holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership and Organizational Development, a Master of Science in Administration with a Human Resources specialization, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
