Joe focuses his practice on Florida Association Law, representing Homeowners Associations, Residential Condominium Owners Associations, and Commercial Condominium Associations. He works with associations on a variety of issues and disputes, including contract negotiation, governing document drafting and amending, rules enforcement, and statutory compliance. Joe additionally has a background as a litigator and continues to handle a variety of civil matters from pleadings through trial.
Prior to law school, Joe served in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years, attaining the rank of First Sergeant. He received numerous honors including the Bronze Star (2), the Meritorious Service Medal (2) and the Army Air Medal. He served combat tours in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
