Varnum is pleased to announce attorney Kylee Nemetz has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Team in the Grand Rapids office.
Nemetz joins the firm with extensive clerkship experience, providing valuable perspective on judicial decision-making that benefits both the litigation team and Varnum clients. She also has a strong background in reviewing trial records, analyzing appellate briefs, and drafting bench memoranda and judicial opinions on a variety of civil and criminal matters, applying strong research and writing skills to support the litigation process. Prior to joining Varnum, Nemetz served as a term clerk to the Honorable Richard Allen Griffin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Nemetz earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Michigan State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Davenport University.
