Varnum Represents Tier I Automotive Supplier Shareholders in Sale

Varnum represented the selling shareholders of a Tier I supplier of intelligent components and assemblies serving the automotive infotainment connectivity sector to a worldwide manufacturer of electrical and interconnect systems, specialty cables and sensors. Varnum negotiated and structured the transaction agreements, including sale of three U.S.-based affiliates and affiliates in Italy and China. The deal had a value of approximately $70 million.
