In one of the first deals of the new year, Michigan Wash Co. LLC and its affiliates recently announced the acquisition of 19 Zax Auto Wash stores around Southeast Michigan. Varnum represented the buyer in all aspects of the deal.
Varnum negotiated and drafted the purchase agreement and other transaction documents for the respective business, as well as provided real estate and other ancillary work. The Varnum team included Michael Romaya, Matt Maltz, Steve Morren, Elliott Berlin, Amy Yan and Skye Wickland.
Michigan Wash Co. LLC was launched by Ammori Equity Partners, a private equity firm launched last year by Oakland County businessman Saber Ammori.
