Varnum is pleased to announce the successful completion of a pre-seed SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) capital raise for, mokSa.ai Inc., a leading provider of artificial intelligence-based surveillance audit platforms.
Led by Varnum attorney Jacob Whately, the capital raise secured $1.5 million for mokSa.ai. This milestone will fuel the development and expansion of mokSa.ai’s innovative solutions, aimed at safeguarding businesses from both internal and external threats like theft and employee mismanagement.
MokSa.ai’s advanced AI-driven platform offers real-time monitoring to mitigate risks and protect against financial losses. The recent funding will accelerate mokSa.ai’s growth, allowing for enhanced research, technological infrastructure and market penetration. The round was led by Array Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm renowned for its strategic investments in innovative technology startups.
