Wide Narrow, a cloud-based intelligence platform for competitive and market intelligence teams, has been acquired by InfoDesk, a leading enterprise insights management SaaS platform. The deal was backed by Cuadrilla Capital, a California-based enterprise software investment firm. Varnum served as the U.S. legal advisor to Wide Narrow in the deal.
Varnum negotiated the merger agreement and ancillary documents. Steve Enwright led the team, which included Gabe Edelson and Jake Whately (Corporate / M&A) and Shawn Strand (Tax).
Wide Narrow Group AB CEO Daniel Petersson expressed appreciation for Varnum’s representation in the matter.
