Varnum partner Steven Adamczyk has been named a Top Lawyer of 2025 for Real Estate Law by Naples Illustrated magazine.
Naples Illustrated partners with Professional Research Services to compile its annual Top Lawyers list, based on a survey of attorneys in Collier and Lee counties who nominate their peers.Nominees are then evaluated on survey results, license status, and their standing with The Florida Bar.
Focusing on residential and commercial real estate matters, Adamczyk provides counsel to real estate organizations, condominium associations, and homeowners associations across Florida. He advises clients on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, insurance, risk management, and contract drafting and negotiation. He also leads board member certification courses, equipping newly elected directors with the knowledge and tools to manage their responsibilities and support their communities.
In 2020, Adamczyk earned his MBA, enhancing his ability to assess business opportunities, real estate matters, and corporate issues from both legal and financial perspectives. This expertise also informs his work with clients on estate and trust planning, where he provides personalized guidance to help individuals and families create clear and effective solutions.
Adamczyk’s commitment to professional excellence and community service has earned him recognition in Gulfshore Business’ “40 Under 40,” American Heart Association’s Charitable Estate Planning Advisor of the Year, Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law, and Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star.
