Varnum attorney Zachary J. Meyer has been named to the Board of Directors for the BBB Serving Western Michigan.
Meyer is a corporate attorney whose practice includes corporate governance and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He is one of seven new members of the 18-member board.
BBB Serving Western Michigan serves 38 counties in the Lower Peninsula, from the Indiana border to near the state capital in Lansing and north to the Mackinac Bridge.
The mission of the BBB is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust by setting standards, encouraging and supporting best practices, celebrating role models, calling out substandard marketplace behavior, and creating a community of trustworthy businesses and charities.
