Justin J. Kirk has joined the Varnum Real Estate Practice Team in Naples. In addition to being an experienced litigator, he will support the team in real estate matters.
Kirk’s practice includes commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and condo/HOA matters, such as construction disputes, as well as commercial, business and creditors rights matters. He is additionally experienced in the sale and financing of commercial real estate, corporate transactions and contract negotiations.
Kirk is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Michigan Leadership Initiative and participant in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science.
During law school, Kirk served as a judicial intern in the Office of Judge George Steeh of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, in Detroit. He also served as a legislative intern in the Office of Paul Mitchell, U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. and as a legislative intern for the House Administration Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Within the Naples community, Kirk is active in the Collier County Bar Association, The Michael R. N. McDonnell American Inn of Court and the Young Professionals of Naples.
