ICLE Program Features Vitale on International Issues in Divorce

Varnum family law attorney Sam Vitale is a featured presenter in the recently-released ICLE program for attorneys on “Divorce Cases with International Issues,” co-sponsored by the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

The seminar addresses unique issues of international divorce, including international residency, support enforcement, cultural obligations, and property settlements involving foreign assets.

Vitale is an experienced family law attorney who handles all types of domestic relations matters including divorce, child custody and property division. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, including shareholder oppression claims, breach of contract actions for both plaintiffs and defendants, and landlord/tenant matters. Vitale’s background includes work in corporate, real estate, insolvency and estate planning matters.
